“Leadership Development & Discipleship exists to equip pastors and ministry leaders across Kentucky with the training, resources, and spiritual formation needed for long-term, healthy ministry. We believe that strong churches are built on grounded, supported leaders, and that intentional development is essential at every stage of ministry.

Lunch & Learn Trainings
Throughout the year, we host Lunch & Learn half-day trainings every two to three months. These gatherings provide focused teaching, meaningful discussion, and opportunities for connection with other leaders across the state. Designed with busy schedules in mind, Lunch & Learns offer accessible, high-impact training that pastors and leaders can immediately apply within their local context.
Empower Conference for Pastors & Leaders
In addition to student-focused ministry, Empower also serves as a space for pastors and leaders to be refreshed, encouraged, and equipped. Each January, Empower offers leadership-focused sessions designed to pour into those who are pouring out—providing biblical teaching, ministry insight, and space for renewal.
Leadership Development & Discipleship is rooted in partnership with the local church. Everything we do is designed to serve pastors, strengthen leaders, and build healthy ministry across Kentucky—together.
Online Learning & Continuing Education
We are preparing to launch an online learning platform that will allow pastors and leaders to engage in ongoing training while earning Continuing Education Credits. This platform will provide flexible, on-demand learning opportunities, making continued growth more accessible regardless of location or schedule. Our goal is to support lifelong learning that strengthens both personal leadership and local church ministry.
