Meet The Director
“Kentucky Youth Ministry exists to unite, disciple, and empower the next generation across our state.
We believe students are not just the future of the Church—they are a vital part of it right now. Our heart is to see teenagers across Kentucky know who they are in Christ, develop a deep love for God, and learn how to live out their faith beyond Sunday mornings.”- Stetson Harper
Through statewide gatherings, leadership development, discipleship and mentorship initiatives, and strong partnerships with local churches, we work to support youth pastors, leaders, and students where they are. Many teens today are starting from scratch when it comes to faith, and we are committed to walking with them as they grow—spiritually, relationally, and practically.
Kentucky Youth Ministry is built on collaboration, prayer, and purpose. We bring churches together, create spaces for students to encounter God, and equip leaders with resources that strengthen ministry at the local level. Everything we do points back to one goal: helping young people experience God, grow in their faith, and step confidently into who He has called them to be.

What We Do
Empower Conference
Every January, we host Empower, a statewide gathering designed to invest in students and young leaders. Empower creates space for worship, biblical teaching, and practical breakout sessions that challenge teens to grow in their faith and step into leadership with confidence. Our goal is simple: make it meaningful, make it engaging, and make it something that actually shapes how students live when they go home.
NexGen Disciple (Launching Soon)
NexGen Disciple is our upcoming statewide discipleship and mentorship initiative created to support local churches in developing spiritually healthy, grounded students. This program is designed to meet teens where they are—whether they are brand new to faith or sensing a call into ministry—and walk with them toward deeper spiritual formation. Through intentional discipleship, mentoring relationships, and practical tools, NexGen Disciple exists to help the next generation grow in Christ and live out their faith with purpose.
